You are welcome to come for a no obligation trial session to see what we do before booking onto a block.
Otherwise book a 5 or a 10 week block (with the 10 WEEK BLOCK are you granted a 1 HOLIDAY week if needed otherwise classes run concurrently).
You can join a class at any time providing there are places available. Each session is an individual unit, so you don't miss anything and flow on a rolling basis so that you can complete all of our fabulous programme in time. Facebook.
